This project was extra special because it came through a referral from my own tarot reader, East—proof that when you build relationships rooted in trust and intuition, magic finds its way back to you. Like Polly, this project reminded me that growth doesn’t always mean scrapping what exists. Sometimes it just takes the right kind of care to let something evolve beautifully.

How it all started
When Polly Duggins (a.k.a. Pamona, when she’s in tarot mode) reached out, she had already conjured something special: a website, an identity as an intuitive tarot reader, and a blossoming independent publishing brand called Auguries & Alchemy.
But the message from developers was clear—start over.
At J-Bird, we saw it differently. We saw a site with soul. Rather than rebuilding, we believed Polly’s digital presence could evolve with her—just like the alchemy she brings to her readers and writers alike.

- eCommerce Optimization: Updated her store to better feature her custom oracle deck and make way for new releases.
