With the desire to enhance brand recognition across all platforms, J-Bird and Fado Made Co. joined forces to achieve an even larger goal: to enhance her eCommerce and online website. In doing so, we could ensure that potential buyers weren’t getting “lost in the sauce,” as the cool kids would say.

Fado Made Co. is a one-woman-owned business run by local maker Jamie Chard Kowarick. She is dedicated to delivering high-quality leather goods & fashion accessories. Jamie stitches each item–including handbags, clutches, wallets, belts and hair accessories–by hand with a flair for quirky, quality designs. Jamie loves to include her clients in the creative process, designing custom pieces that can become a collection in their namesake. If you’re curious what that looks like, meet Stevie.

Collaboration Origins
Though an established business owner and well-known local maker in the community, Jamie was feeling disheartened by her online sales and brand recognition. Despite her skilled handiwork, there was something missing that was stopping accessory enthusiasts from finding her products online.

Empowering & Positive Outcomes
Thanks to Jamie’s well-organized assets, this collaboration took less than 3 months. Using a new logo and fresh color palette from a third party designer–Valeriia T, whom Jamie found on Fiverr– J-Bird implemented all branding assets for an improved online presence. In order to instill a professional, yet playful brand, J-Bird finalized the color palette, fonts, taglines, tone/voice and icons that best suited Fado Made Co.
This consistent branding would allow Jamie’s confidence in her brand to increase, thereby allowing her customers to be confident and loyal to the brand as well. This elevated branding and online presence encompassed what Fado Made Co. had done in the past and also paved the way to achieve their vision for the future (aka wholesale).
