Heather has a multifaceted background in recovery, art therapy, and education enables Heather to offer a distinctive and impactful approach to therapy. She is deeply passionate an empathetic in supporting individuals on their recovery journey and helping them achieve their fullest potential.
Having lived in Canada, China, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States, coupled with extensive international travel, Heather brings a rich and diverse cultural perspective to her practice.

Collaboration
We first connected through Aught, an incredible local coworking community, and the Women in Entrepreneurship program — two spaces that bring together passionate, driven women building their own paths.
Together, we set out to organize her business model, consolidate all her information and create clear avenues on how people can work with her – whether 1:1 Art Therapy, Group Therapy, Team Building, Speaking, Videos – and coming soon – a BOOK. Recover Coaching and interactive experiences such as Artist PALS (People of All Learning Styles) are ways she gives back.
