Orel Brodt is a driven real estate professional at Alliance Sotheby’s International Realty with a global and creative outlook. Raised between Miami, Israel, and the UK, she brings a cross-cultural perspective that resonates with diverse clientele. Fluent in both English and Hebrew, she blends international insight with a passion for development in East Tennessee.
Before real estate, Orel worked in the fashion world alongside luxury icons like Oscar De la Renta and Erdem. That foundation sharpened her eye for quality and design—skills she now channels into creating meaningful real estate experiences.
Since relocating to Knoxville, she has become an active force in community-minded development, guiding investors and homebuyers alike with strategy and style.
The beginning…
Collaboration
As best friends, Orel and I share more than professional ties—we share a vision for helping Knoxville grow. She came to J-Bird seeking an online presence that could go beyond her Sotheby’s profile. Orel wanted a digital home to showcase everything that makes her unique: local collaborations, her Art House initiative, speaking engagements like Let Her Speak, and, of course, her real estate achievements.
Together, we set out to create a digital resume that could house her large properties, investments, and personal projects in one cohesive platform—empowering her to control her narrative and present her work at scale.

Reflection
This project was more than a build—it was a celebration of women entrepreneurs weaving their stories into Knoxville’s fabric. Orel is not only a realtor and creative but also a cancer survivor, a community voice, and the daughter of Ilana Lilienthal, whose Lilienthal Gallery was a pivotal part of J-Bird’s own origin story.
Helping her piece together her art, corporate drive, and personal resilience into a cohesive digital quilt felt deeply aligned with J-Bird’s mission: supporting women-owned businesses and amplifying their impact.
